What is collected
Wallet registration. If you register with a wallet, this site asks the wallet to sign a text message. It stores the address, the message and the signature in your browser under am_web3_v1. No transaction is broadcast. Token balances are not read. Token approvals are not requested. Clearing site storage or using Disconnect removes the local session.
Quiz answers. Stored only in your browser under am_quiz_v1. They are not transmitted with the signature unless you later choose to send them.
Email you send. If you write to me, I receive your address and whatever you include.
Server logs. The hosting provider may keep standard access logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and operations.
What is not collected
No seed phrases, no private keys, no token approvals, no tax documents uploaded. The site does not send a transaction. No advertising trackers. No cookies are set by this site’s code.
How it’s used
To deliver the recon pack, send related emails on crypto tax reporting, answer messages, and keep the site secure. Your information is not sold or rented, and it is not shared for other companies’ marketing.
Your choices
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe. You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to contact@albertomartin.digital. Requests are answered within 30 days.
Retention
Email subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, then removed within 30 days, except where a record of the unsubscribe must be kept to honor it.
Children
The site is for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
